Dekopen F is a floating pencil for capturing blue fish such as amberjack from shore and offshore. The slimy water texture is unique to the wood body. When jerked, it dives while covered in bubbles and develops an S-shaped action that darts left and right. At the end of the action, it raises its head and quickly rises to the surface of the water.
